The application process is split into 3 steps:

Apply until May 11, 2025
Interviews (approx. 15 min) in the week of May 19 - 23, 2025
Onboarding on May 27, 2025 (online in the late afternoon/evening - please save the date!)

We are looking for your support as Core Member People & HR!

Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to ask the questions in interviews? Then this position is perfect for you!

As a Core Member of the Family Business Club, you will work closely with the Board and other Core Members. You will be independently responsible for member administration, develop a concept for the next application phase, including onboarding, and actively participate in the selection of future FBC members. You will also motivate our members to actively participate and contribute, coordinate alumni activities with the alumni network representatives, and serve as a key role model.

This role aims to promote the development of the club, attract, retain and motivate members.
